Nova Scotians might find oil wells in their living rooms if the government had its way, says Neal Livingston of the Margaree Environmental Association. “I think our case is quite strong,” he said in an interview after a Nova Scotia Supreme Court hearing in Halifax on Tuesday. “If our case isn’t strong, it would appear to me that the next step the minister could take would be to allow somebody to drill inside somebody’s house and inside their drinking water well.”
