Enron Storage Co., a subsidiary of Houston-based Enron Corp., says it is developing a major natural gas storage facility in Assumption Parish, La. During the first stage of development, Enron Storage is leasing two existing salt caverns that will provide 4 billion cubic feet of storage. The facility will be able to withdraw 400 million cubic feet per day and inject 200 million cubic feet per day.
