In warning the company to stay away, Thompson accused Encana of violating the damage and repair provisions of the 1997 agreement… Thompson also told Encana in the email, “Any further work on my property will be done to my specifications and to my satisfaction or it will not be done. Encana’s years of terrorism over me have ended.”
