Alberta’s energy regulator, already the subject of three provincial inquiries over its handling of hearings into a proposed Calgary-Edmonton power line, now faces a court action as well…. The private investigators passed themselves off as concerned landowners, and one, Don MacDonald, joined a conference call in which landowners discussed strategies with their legal counsel.
